We price our reports on a per circuit rate.

Minimum Charge is 200 for Consumer unit (C/U) + Incoming supply inc. Meter (32 Per C/U)

Circuit includes from C/U to all points (example: Sockets, Switches, Light Fittings etc). = 28 per Circuit

Examples:

Up to 2 Bed property (max 6 circuits) = 200

Up to 5 bed property (max 10 circuits - 10 x 28 = 280 (circuits) + 32 (meter)) = 312
